Next Gen Cricket - Online cricket manager game

Description

This game is yet to be launched in few weeks!!!

Next Gen Cricket is a free online cricket management game. It is entirely browser based, requiring no downloads, and takes advantage of the latest internet technologies to provide an attractive and intuitive gaming experience.

You take control of your own cricket club, and from the start you feel in control, being able to set not only ground size, but your club colours. Whether you choose to scout for the next cricket talent, or focus on training your current cricketers, develop facilities, or hire top notch backroom staff, it is all up to you.

Training is fully customizable, with 14 training slots per player a week. However complex as this may sound, it is easy to set, with pre-sets for you to tweak to your liking, allowing you to create your own training regimes simply and easily that may just provide the advantage you need over your opposition.

Next Gen Cricket also offers an advanced match engine, calculating where every ball is bowled, and where every ball is hit, allowing for more control, such as setting fields and preferred bowling lengths.

Matches are displayed in real time, with ball by ball commentary. The latest internet technologies are taken advantage of to provide excellent visual feedback, with graphs presenting each ball’s location and each shot, really making you feel part of the game.

Players also have a large number of skills covering every aspect of batting, bowling, and fielding, including separate skills for off-side shots, on-side shots, straight shots and plenty more. This allows for great variations between players, really allowing you to build a distinctive side and play to your players’ strengths, whilst trying to expose your opponent’s weaknesses.

Next Gen Cricket really does aim to allow every manager to play the game their way. Whether you choose to focus on signing the best players, or providing the best youth structure for your team, whether you choose to try and save every penny by negotiating cheap contracts, or whether you look at providing the ultimate club facilities, Next Gen Cricket offers something for you.

As a Cricket fan of SL I can’t fully agree with him what he stated about Arjuna & 1996 WC. It was Sri Lankan born Australian ( Dave Whatmore) Cricketer (& the team meemnnaagt) that should get the 80% of credit who had fined tuned & built confidence in the minds of our talented batsmen like Aravinda, Hashan & Mahanam (who could play risk-free innings) & bowlers like Murali, Vass & Dharmasena (who had total control over their bowling). If he was such a good captain & player, why he couldn’t do the same in 1999 as well? As for administration of SLC, it was him who should get the main responsibility for ousting of true, descent &qualified Administrators (that we had up to then) in rallying around with businessmen. His elder brother was a member of this chain of corrupted administrators.Whatever the circumstance would have been his behavior on that day in Australia was not a work of an intelligent person, he had no right to direct fingers at a match official. If he had been from any other country, his cricket career would have been over with that incident.Well-loved. (+20)
